McKnight Property Management LP

Established in 2021 by MLCN Investment Management Corp. (MLCN-IMC), McKnight Property Management LP is a full-scale property management company based out of Saskatoon, SK who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to all our tenants, landlords and property owners. MPMLP works with all asset classes including commercial office, retail and industrial properties through property management, leasing, project and development management services.

MPMLP currently leases and manages over 266,000 sft of commercial office and retail assets on behalf of MLCN-IMC. These assets include but are not limited to the, Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority Building (SIGA) – head office for SIGA’s operations, and Lakeside Centre – the largest commercial medical facility in the Province of Saskatoon.

In November 2025, MPMLP became a licensed Brokerage registered to trade in real estate under Property Management by the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC). The Brokerage license allows the company to manage and lease commercial space in the Province of Saskatchewan on behalf of building owners and Landlords.
